Chris is a furniture and floor covering industry veteran. Over the past 37 years, he worked in the flooring and home furnishing industries as a sales leader for large US based and global companies.
Leveraging all that knowledge, Chris founded Silk Road Sourcing, Worldwide in 2010. He envisioned a complete importing solution combining sourcing, quality control and logistics while maintaining a cost structure allowing our customers to achieve strong profitability. This vision evolved into the programs offered by SRS Worldwide today.
Chris currently oversees global sourcing, as well as domestic and international sales and sales training. In his free time, Chris enjoys performing music, riding motorcycles and spending time with family and friends.
A flooring industry innovator for over 35 years, Mike has worked for industry giants and helped create two businesses from the ground up. In his career, he has worked in manufacturing, customer service, sales and sales management.
His extensive background makes him a key player on the SRS Worldwide team. Mike joined SRS in 2016 to build our capabilities in worldwide sourcing, quality control and logistic at a flat fee price. He handles sales and sales training with distributors worldwide. In his free time, Mike enjoys unwinding on motorcycle trips, traveling with his wife, Renea and volunteering at the local Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity organizations.
Bao joined SRS Worldwide in 2012, as the quality assurance/control leader in Asia. Bao is an accomplished, highly energetic professional who ensures SRS clients receive top quality products on time and as promised.
Bao and his team ensure exceptional quality, every step of the production cycle from raw materials to the inspection of the final products. Over the years, Bao has recruited and mentored an industry-leading QA/QC team that demands top quality for our clients. When not working, Bao is a die-hard sports fan – specifically basketball. He also enjoys playing hoops and pool.
Luis is an industrial engineer (focused on quality of product) for over 10 years. Prior to joining SRS earlier this year, Luis has worked in the automotive and appliances industries.
Luis has a Masters Degree in Manufacturing Business Management, specifically focused on quality, manufacturing and sales. Luis enjoys a challenge in his work. His main goal is to keep learning and developing new skills. His hobbies are reading about leadership and spending time time with my family in nature. Additionally, he loves music and enjoys attending rock concerts very much
